1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
To cancel, contact us at sales@sutrikastore.com or +91 8828227666, quoting your order number.
Once approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
1.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may request a return (see section Returns).
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. The “Sutrika” tag must be there in order to liable for Return product.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items purchased during sales or promotions may carry special return conditions, mentioned at the time of purchase.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
2.2 Process
Email us at sales@sutrikastore.com or call +91 8828227666 within the eligible window.
Provide your order number and reason for return. We may request product images.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Our team will conduct a quality check before approving a refund.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the product passes our quality check.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted primarily for size issues.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” are also not exchangeable.

3.2 Process
Contact us with your order number and the size/product you’d like in exchange.
After approval, we will arrange reverse pickup and ship the replacement once the product passes quality checks and availability is confirmed.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
Share clear images of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional charge.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal reasons (not defective/incorrect), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sutrika Store will cover the shipping cost for returns/exchanges.
