1. Scope of Delivery
We currently deliver all over India
Orders outside India cannot be processed at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
3. Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes up to 7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Please note: Unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, or courier issues) may extend delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply to product deliveries across India for orders above ₹799.
5. Delivery Process
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address provided at checkout.
A signature or OTP confirmation may be required upon delivery.
If you are unavailable, the delivery partner may attempt redelivery or leave a notice to reschedule/pick up.
If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
Redelivery charges may apply, OR
The order may be cancelled, and a refund will be issued as per our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy (excluding original shipping charges, if any).
6. Delivery Issues
If you face any issue with your delivery (e.g., package not received, wrong item, or damaged package), please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue quickly.
